LeSS Coach Camp 2023

18.5. – 21.5.2023 (Thu – Sun), Malaga, Spain

What to expect…

This camp is intended for practising LeSS Practitioners. That means: You have prior knowledge of LeSS and you have at least tried to implement a Large-Scale Scrum adoption at an organisation.

This is your chance to interact with and learn from experienced Large-Scale Scrum Trainers who will attend this event, other trainer candidates and practitioners from all around the World!

The intention for this is to be a place to meet and learn. The plan is to have a space for learning where mistakes are OK. Once the stage is set we’ll have an Open Space or like structure to work on topics that the participants will choose.

Here are some areas where it’d be great to learn from/with each other:

  • sharing in depth experiences in adopting LeSS with customers
  • starting and framing a potential LeSS engagement with a new client
  • LeSS games
  • applying systems thinking, introducing CLDs
  • applying feature team adoption maps
  • facilitating the creation of a perfection vision, initial DoD, overall retrospectives, product definition
  • growing internal coaches, supporting communities of practice
  • etc.

LeSS Coach Camp will be held in Hotel Los Jazmines, located on 1st beach line of Torremolinos, only 700 meters from the city centre and about 7 kilometres from Costa del Sol International Airport.

The hotel has rooms on the ground floor located around the garden and/or pool from the hotel and sea view rooms located in the main building of seven floors. Hotel Los Jazmines also has a television room, an outdoor pool for adults and a separate kid’s pool in a wide garden zone.

Located on the 8th floor is the new Lounge Bar Los Jazmines with the best cocktails and views.

about Malaga

Malaga is one of the oldest cities in the world, founded in the 8th century by the Phoenicians. Known for its stunning beaches, culture, and food, Málaga is one of the most visited coastal cities in Andalusia, Spain.

It is a great place to visit for art lovers and those passionate about natural landscapes. In Malaga art is everywhere, which is no coincidence since artist and sculpturist Pablo Picasso was born there.

In Malaga you have it all, the natural beauties of the Spanish south, the spirit of ancient times revived in the old city and famous Spanish taverns to enjoy local cuisine and wine.

firsthand experience

It was a great weekend. I’ve learned much and I’ve gotten so much more confident of my own knowledge and capabilities. I could already feel this today from interactions with two different clients.
