We are happy to announce that LeSS Coach Camp 2023 will take place in beautiful Malaga, Spain, from 18-21st May. Yey!
LeSS Coach Camp 2022
18.5. – 21.5.2022 (Thu – Sun), Split, Croatia
What to expect…
This camp is intended for practising LeSS Practitioners. That means: You have prior knowledge of LeSS and you have at least tried to implement a Large-Scale Scrum adoption at an organisation.
This is your chance to interact with and learn from experienced Large-Scale Scrum Trainers who will attend this event, other trainer candidates and practitioners from all around the World!
The intention for this is to be a place to meet and learn. The plan is to have a space for learning where mistakes are OK. Once the stage is set we’ll have an Open Space or like structure to work on topics that the participants will choose.
Here are some areas where it’d be great to learn from/with each other:
- sharing in depth experiences in adopting LeSS with customers
- starting and framing a potential LeSS engagement with a new client
- LeSS games
- applying systems thinking, introducing CLDs
- applying feature team adoption maps
- facilitating the creation of a perfection vision, initial DoD, overall retrospectives, product definition
- growing internal coaches, supporting communities of practice

LeSS Coach Camp will be held in Hotel Split, just a few steps distance from the beautiful pebble beach.
All the rooms view the sea and nearby islands; it has a lounge bar, a pool and a wellness area. The historic town centre is only 15 minutes drive away, and it can be easily reached by taxi or public transportation. It is nice and cosy (it was named the most beautiful new building in Croatia by the London Society of Architects in 2012).
The hotel is small, which means fewer people outside our hotel group, contributing to our safety and closeness. It is situated in the part of the town famous for its beautiful beaches and sunsets.
Split was built by the Roman Emperor Diocletian. His Palace, which is the town’s core, is still extraordinary well preserved and on the World Heritage UNESCO list.
Split is famous for excellent gourmet and vine experiences, numerous cultural happenings and it offers diverse modes of entertainment starting with numerous clubs and bars. In late May the weather is usually splendid, warm and sunny, hopefully allowing for some swimming in the sea 🙂!
People who live there say that there is no place like Split!
Many bank holidays are surrounding this weekend (25.5. England, 23.5. Germany, 26.5. Poland) so it’s an ideal opportunity to come earlier or to stay a bit longer and to get maximum from your vacation.

CLTs and candidates who register
It was a great weekend. I’ve learned much and I’ve gotten so much more confident of my own knowledge and capabilities. I could already feel this today from interactions with two different clients.
